Construction legislation was fundamentally changed in 2018, with ie. »construction triple«. The construction legislation covers the legal rules governing the relationships between different entities – investors, contractors, subcontractors, designers and supervisors in relation to construction, construction of buildings, facilities, other infrastructure, their maintenance, renovation, rehabilitation, completion, changes (business or private ) of purpose and proces of obtaining appropriate documentation.

We provide comprehensive legal support to all entities in the construction sector. We advise and assist in obtaining all necessary documentation for the successful implementation of the project, in the preparation of simple and complex building contracts. We represent the parties from the contractual phase in concluding the construction business to solving problems in the conclusions of the construction projects.

Based on our experience, we also represent our clients in litigation procedures, which are the consequence of nonperformance or failure to fulfill obligations arising from a building contract, a contract for the construction of a project, a construction supervision contract and investment contracts.
