Civil law is a set of legal rules and legal principles governing personal and property relations between private individuals. The field of civil law is broad and complex, and it is constantly changing.
Civil law accompanies us in lifelong situations, such as, for example, contracting, accidents, inheritance, commercial disputes, defaults, enforcements, divisions of property, etc. so the clients mostly turn to our law firm in these matters.
In the field of civil law we are dealing with obligations, real estate, inheritance, family and enforcement law. We draw up buy and sell agreement, gift deed, contract of annuity for life, building contract, brokerage contract, contract of delivery and others. We also draw up all types of testaments. Civil law also deals with actions that cause damage to an individual, an entrepreneur or a commercial company. Damage can occure in many forms. For example: material and non-material damage caused by accidents, accidents at the workplace, damage covered by insurance policies and damage caused by breach of contracts.
