We offer legal assistance in the field of insolvency law, espacially in bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings, liquidation proceedings or compulsory settlement proceedings, both to creditors and to insolvent debtor.

Representation of creditors

For creditors, we do all in relation to registrating the claims (including the enforcement of rights of separation of assets or rights of exclusion of assets), disputing other creditors’s claims, filing lawsuits challenging debtors’ actions, etc.. In case of cancellation of companies from the register without judicial liquidation, we also prepare appropriate objections in order to ensure that the debtor is not cancelled from the court register without (at least partial) repayment of your claim.

Representation of insolvent debtors

For debtors, we can prepare a proposal for the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings. In case that one of the creditors files a proposal for the initiation of a bankruptcy procedure, we prepare an objection against such a proposal, and we also offer representation in a further preliminary insolvency procedure.

We advise natural persons, consumers and entrepreneurs / private individuals who find themselves in such a severe financial distress that, despite the property they have, they can not regularly and fully pay their obligations to their creditors, in the process of personal bankruptcy. We obtain all necessary certificates for you, prepare statements and suggestions for initiating bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the ZFPPIPP.
